We produce photo stencils using Ultracoat 200 photographic emulsion to a maximum size of A1. You supply the screen and artwork — we can do the rest. 

Note: Our stencils are suitable for use with water-based, plastisol and discharge inks only. 

PRICES:

Up to A3 size stencil – £32 / Up to A2 size stencil – £42 / Up to A1 size stencil – £53. 

*Screens brought to us which have an existing stencil/need cleaning incur an extra charge of £12 per screen*

MAXIMUM IMAGE SIZE

  • A0 (841 x 1189mm) incompatible. Too large for the unit.

  • A1 (594 x 841mm) compatible.

  • A2 (420 x 594mm) compatible.

  • A3 (297 x 420mm) compatible.
