LATE ARRIVALS/ CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULEMENT POLICY

1. Members are expected to arrive and finish on time

2. Late arrivals forfeit the time missed and will not receive any refund

3. Members should allow for clean-down time in their slot. Running over time will not be permitted

4. Changes made 7 days or more in advance of the booking, will receive a 100% refund

5. Changes made within 3 - 6 days will incur a 30% fee

6. Changes made within 2 days of the booking will not receive any refund
